There has been many acquisitions the past year, leading me to believe they may have a cash shortage that may have caused the excessive layoffs when the Covid-19 crisis hit. The number of layoffs seems excessive for this "essential" business.

I enjoyed working on the vehicles and finishing our own builds.

Cons

Sometimes meeting customer deadlines can be a bit stressful. The problems usually start with a miscommunication issue. There's no room for growth when you're an installer. They would say they want to send you to classes to train for other roles, but those were empty promises.

They treat their employees like disposable tissues. The turnover rate is insane. No one lasts longer than 2 or 3 years. They are constantly shoving great talent out of the door. The leadership is muddled and in continuous rotation. The vision of the company is ambiguous.
