Pros

Promotes self-learning and freedom to complete projects on your timeline. Family-oriented and they support military. Great benefits.

Cons

Little to no formal training on standard procedures and best daily practices, not to mention in utilizing applications. Managers (in and around my role) are likely to delegate work to others rather than take care of an issue, moat likely doe to lack of training of new implementation of CRM and processes. This could lead to added workload that may not contribute to your bottom line nor your quota attainment. Pay is much less than the average salary in my area for someone in my role. My interview was quite informal (could be a pro but felt unprofessional in my opinion) and pay was non-negotiable.

Pros

No real management to answer to. You have the ability to do as you please.

Cons

No leadership or team effort on any projects. Most of the sales rep acknowledge the jobs once they are passed to a PM. Engineering support is far and few between if they even know what the put together. Every department 100% stands alone and gives no support on helping jobs getting started, explaining the scope or providing information on the projects. 80% of the technicians hired have little to no experience with Security. There is no training programs in place to help bring guys up. They 2-3 good technicians are praised so much they have free reign to pick and choose what jobs they work on and when. Very toxic environment that will eventually bring this branch down. In my opinion one of the worst benefits package i have ever seen.
