The DaaS Platform, Audience Explorer, Scarlet, JohannIsland every product is innovative and built with proper vision. The company uses AWS extensively literally process Petabytes of data. The end to end exposure of the product is a real gift for any Technologist 2. The work culture is very good for Data Engineers and Data Analysts. There is a lot of scopes to learn and evaluate your skill 3. Food is free, provides standard compensation as per the Market 4. Kolkata office for Data Engineers just started after US and Singapore so there will be a lot of interaction with the product developers from US and Singapore

Cons

1. Conversion from a normal developer to a full stack developer will be challenging, so initially, the work pressure will be a little high till you understand the whole ecosystem 2. Team Parties are less :(
