Great company that encourages you to truly think outside of the box and implement your ideas. Collaboration and approaching senior management is very much encouraged and the team gets on very well.

allow you to flexibly work on your own component and also allow employees to work from home if they would like. Since it's a startup, there are more opportunity

Need to learn things fast. There are not many senior engineers instructing you, so you'll have to learn a lot of new things by yourself.
