tedious work, very little room for growth, pay is middling, mandatory OT is terrible.

Remote work once COVID hit Great co workers $500 holiday bonus every year

Cons

Extremely low pay ( I was making less than $20 an hour after almost 3 years) Micromanagement Mandatory Saturday overtime at least once a month Refusal to hire more help. They expected us to do the work of 2-3 people
