Reactive workflow as opposed to proactive planning. Coddling of poor employees. Pay is low compared to other regional companies.

Pros

Benefits after 90 days, Hybrid work, flexible schedule after completion of training.

Cons

Paid parking, required to be in office twice a week but you are unpaid for transit time. Low wages for demand of work. During first 90 you can NOT miss any time and you are stuck to a trainers schedule with little flexibility. There is an attitude of “I know best even when I contradict myself” specifically in the training department.
