Pros

remote work (only reason 4 stars for work/life balance), decent benefits, most holidays off

Cons

operates under the guide of professionalism, but really lacks robust training, tactful leadership/management. lots of reactions vs proactive approaches to work environment, just a bunch of scrambling & make-it-up-as-you-go. can’t count on tenured coworkers or management— they are all too happy to ‘kick their feet’ up & let the place burn down all the while micromanaging the most unimportant aspects of the job.

Pros

You can work from home, yet they monitor every minute you are on the phone or on mute. Decent pay, but not worth it.

Cons

Steep learning curve, too many supervisors and leads that do nothing but micromanage you and you cant get any help when you are struggling. Both providers and members are extremely rude, sometimes yelling or cussing at you, their whole system sucks and is always lagging or down which creates more frustration. Expectations are high for the amount of knowledge needed for this job.

Pros

If you’re likeable, show up on time, and do the bare minimum; then you’ll do well. Management consists mostly of people who were promoted seemingly not on merit but grew into their roles. I would accuse them of being to accommodating. Most of their troubles internally stem from not telling people ‘no’ or holding any workers accountable for mediocrity.

Cons

The pros are the cons.
