Pros

- Great location, if you live in a suburban area and don't mind the commute you will enjoy downtown Portland

Cons

- Bad insurance for employees despite being an insurance company - No stock investing options or other perks - No relocation bonus or bonus in general - Low salary for amount of work given - Definitely not a laid back environment, everyone is watching what everyone is doing - People are mostly selfish and want only themselves to get recognized - No privacy and people can be constantly chatty - Very poor work life balance
