Pros

Ability to work remote, low health care premiums

Cons

- Low wages and underpaid employees - No bonus or cost of living adjustment even though they have had the highest revenue growth in years - Unable to take any time off in first 90 days and insurance benefits don't start until after 90 days - Less than 17 days per year of PTO for employees working 1-3 years, then only increases by 3 days every 2 years [salary employee] - Not vested in 401k until 1 year of employment and is a 6-year graded vesting schedule - Limited employee perks (best you get is 5-10% off Moda Center events) - Team budgets are tight and employees have to pay out of their own pocket to go to team building activities - No reimbursement for home office/supplies - Outdated computers/tech - and they're limited in supply (the IT department is great though and know this is out of their control) - Limited opportunities for growth or promotions - C-level leadership does not interact with rest of company - No transparency - big announcements that impact operations are announced last minute giving little time to prepare

Not enough work to do

Pros

Location downtown close to public transit

Cons

Not enough work to do. Regularly left waiting for tasks or projects led to extreme boredom, maybe working 2/8 hours per day. Disorganized management. Poor compensation and just okay benefits. Left and found out I was being underpaid by at least $10k a year. Micromanagement everywhere and poor processes in place. Very hard to make any improvements. Parking is very expensive and food in the area is expensive. Worked remote just fine for 1.5 years and suddenly they wanted me back full-time in the office without commuting compensation - probably to keep an eye on me. Very punitive point system and they term employees all the time with vague or small reasons. Few opportunities for advancement and small annual raises. I was supposed to be paid commission and was never paid what I was owed. Not sure why they haven't paid their debts or actually invested in improving business processes. Executives have their own health plans separate from the rest of the employees. They encouraged employees to rate the company 5 stars on Glassdoor via a marketing scheme.
