I learned a lot at Moda in 88 days.

Pros

Moda offers a great work environment, an over-all happy workforce, fairly new equipment, a good balance of seriousness and silliness, and good leadership.

Cons

Moda has a couple of very bad habits, like hiring people as full-time, with 90 day trial period, after which you transition to a regular employee. What they do not mention is even one absence during that 90 day period means you will be released from employment just before your 90 day period ends.

Pros

The company provides decent benefits and flex time for employees. Employees also periodically receive Adidas, Nike, Columbia employee passes.

Cons

Supervisors tend to micro-manage employees pretty heavily. The work itself can range from super busy, requiring mandatory over time, from little to no work at all. The workload does not stay very consistent.
