      Pros

      The people that I worked with helped me want to stay with the company. I felt and saw my impact within my work

      Cons

      Some processes are redundant or not fully fleshed out which ends up being barriers or slows down the work. Not enough investment in tools that would help the teams.

      Pros

      Benefits after 90 days, Hybrid work, flexible schedule after completion of training.

      Cons

      Paid parking, required to be in office twice a week but you are unpaid for transit time. Low wages for demand of work. During first 90 you can NOT miss any time and you are stuck to a trainers schedule with little flexibility. There is an attitude of “I know best even when I contradict myself” specifically in the training department.
