If you’re likeable, show up on time, and do the bare minimum; then you’ll do well. Management consists mostly of people who were promoted seemingly not on merit but grew into their roles. I would accuse them of being to accommodating. Most of their troubles internally stem from not telling people ‘no’ or holding any workers accountable for mediocrity.

I love the people I work with. I believe that the management and executive teams truly believe in what we do at Moda. The company is family friendly and allows flexible schedules.
