      Shift flexibility assists in work life balance.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay $19/hr. Full time is 37.5 hrs rather than 40. Management needs improvement in this specific department - did not provide guidance when requested for specific role after claiming they did.

      The benefits are okay because it is an insurance company

      The goals aren’t clear and training is really backed up. I went over 2 years being partially trained for my role. There’s like one person training all of dental and she seems unhinged. There’s nobody to ask if you have questions about things. Your boss is constantly in ‘Away’ or ‘Busy’ status on Teams. And there’s no bonuses or incentives, besides not getting fired, Once a year you can email HR a sob story about something bad that happened to you and they’ll decide if the want to give you an extra $500. It’s degrading and weird. The pay is also really low compared to other companies. Glad I no longer work there.
