Moda aspires to be something special; but until it can face its weaknesses it will never get there. The CEO is a genuinely good person but has not proved capable of riding herd on his gaggle of VPs and SVPs.

There is a steep learning curve, but once you know the material the job is not challenging and is actually extremely repetitive. They do not do background checks, several employees have criminal records. Some employees are very childish and take out their frustrations with rude callers by putting them on long holds/ time outs. Most reps get yearly raises of less than 2%. High turnover rates due to burnout. From time to time you will have to work mandatory overtime. No one truly prepares you for open enrollment. The healthy moda culture you may see from the outside is not felt on the inside. Coworkers can be toxic, especially if you are recognized for doing well.
