      Pros

      Moda is the only company that I have ever worked for that values their employees and makes sure they are taken care of. We truly feel like a work family.

      Cons

      As with any job, it seems like health benefits are going down hill as a whole but Moda's $200 deductible and excellent rx benefits, beats most employer health plans these days.
