Pros
Company has good benefits and employee appreciation. Flexible schedules and work from home. Company is very welcoming and diverse. Co-workers are supportive and helpful.
Cons
Department management are stifling. Unrealistic expectations. One can be doing very well in audits and production, but your direct supervisor will try to find something you are not doing right. Management is not welcoming to those who have different work style than their own.
