Supportive upper management/executive team; executive support for DE&I initiatives; commitment to best practises; strong community involvement, especially related to children; diversified, financially stable organisation in an uncertain economy

Cons

Still relatively conservative, so change can be slow; compensation not as high as some other, similar companies, although Moda is more stable and less prone to layoffs

My experience has been that Moda cares about their employees. How many companies still give an employee a gift on their birthday.

Cons

The company (HR) tends to treat all employees the same (may not be a bad thing). What I mean is policies for hourly employees who are on the phones are also applied to exempt employees
