      Decent pay, voluntary overtime usually available, affordable health insurance, easy to grow in the company, amazing coworkers and leadership, leadership often shows appreciation for customer service through small gifts.

      Cons

      Have heard other health insurance companies pay more for the same position, medical insurance not the best

      Pros

      I think that the team you work with and your supervisor are often there to help you succeed and you are not micromanaged in any way which is a plus. Flexible work schedule during a majority of the year. Management is interested in your professional growth and is willing to help you get to where you want. Lots of internal promotion possibilities.

      Cons

      A lot of required extra time during the end and beginning of the calendar year. More geared toward early schedules. Cannot work past 5:30 as an hourly employee.
