      Pros

      The culture walks the talk of building healthier communities and striving to be better. Employees can choose to participate in any or none of the many exercise classes, Employee Resource Groups, training sessions and other professional development opportunities. Even better, the people are friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I feel like change can truly happen both inside and outside the organization, and that I have opportunities to advance within.

      Cons

      The parking options in downtown Portland are expensive.

      Pros

      - Great people to work with - Great Location - Good Pay - Great work experience - Flexible schedule and overtime so I could come in and work extra hours if needed - My supervisor was really good with letting us take time off work, we could skip out for a few hours to run errands and make them up later in the week

      Cons

      This is not a place that I would want to spend my whole life because healthcare isn't my field of interest, but this job gave me some great experience that I will be able to take into other industries.

At Moda, we believe our employees should have the ability to make their own hours when they are in a role that doesn’t require a set schedule. Our company’s core values include flexibility, integrity and community. Glad to hear that the location, pay and overall experience are a match for you. We also agree that downtown parking is expensive. We do offer a CERA benefit to offer pre-tax payroll deductions via our FSA plan. You can check with HR to learn more about this benefit.       16 years with MODA - GREAT COMPANY

      Pros

      Great Benefits, my two kids have College Scholarships with MODA and one of them is graduating this year (Thank you MODA) . MODA cares about us and we have a nice 401K matching benefit. MODA is a stable company changing and growing and I love to be part of it. MODA care about our community with volunteer programs for employees who want to serve. MODA care about diversity.

      Cons

      Commute from home is 1 hour each way.
