      Training provided, early advancement opportunities, great benefits, downtown location near all major transportation, commute assistance, Overtime opportunities, open communication, fun company culture, work-from-home opportunities. For those who want to work for it, there are endless possibilities. The company pays attention to their staff and values their opinions with continuous surveys, and feedback requests.

      Cons

      lack of approachable management due to large amounts of work, lack of education opportunity after you leave the classroom, lack of continuous review (a problem can continue on months on end w/o proper addressing).
