work/life balance is allowed corporate culture strong in the organization good people to work with good performance is recognized not a lot of politics among entry level employees

Cons

poor vision for the future from management (no realistic, attainable goals in sight) people have no desire to become a great company a lot of 9-5ers stagnant in middle management reliant on few super talented individuals disconnect between management desire and reality lots of politics at middle management and upper management talented youth leave the company within a few years
