Flexible Timings.Frequent Updates from the higher management about the company future plans. If you are coming from some reputated company,you can bargain good on salary.

Cons

If you are working in PD team, you can enjoy the work environment. For rest of the people, management treats them as labor that works hard but will not get enough. No work life balance for PS team members. No recognition for PS team members.HR team is very bias towards PD.So moral of the story...If you are in PD you are king else Beggers are no choosers!
