Cons

The HR team will often make false promises (happened to multiple employees for various things) and do nothing to fix them. If you are a referral or friend of a lead, then you are okay to make many mistakes or work less than others with no repercussions but if you are not, be prepared to feel as though your job is on the line for every mistake. You are paid less when you work remotely purely due to the fact that they believe you do less work since you are at home. Very, very little diversity.

Pros

- Great colleagues -> The doctors I worked with were super friendly, understanding and great mentors for me. The technicians were all kind, hard-working and helpful. The hosts were always great with catering to both the staff and the clients

Cons

- I think those that make changes to flows should really listen to the clinic team to see what works best for them instead of trying to make it a cookie-cutter system.
