Free Figs. High pay. Pretty buildings. Snacks.

Cons

Burnt out doctors Fake build for human mantra No support from leadership at a regional or higher level. Don't drink the Kool-aid or have an opinion, watch out you'll be on the chopping block.

Pros

-Clear and consistent mission, oriented around solving critical pain points (working backwards from the people, notably veterinarians and support staff) that exist within the industry -Full of smart and passionate people; get the chance to work with industry thought leaders (deep SME knowledge), as well as some from outside of the industry -Customer obsessed, and high conviction about the quality of medicine delivered

Cons

No company is perfect. As the company is going through an expansion phase (exciting!), there are things that are evolving that come with any growing company. Nothing out of the ordinary, but things like: understanding how best to scale processes, which bodies of work should be decentralized, etc. With this growth, there is opportunity for ALL employees to help define the future. The company actually listens to/actions feedback from employees of all levels and roles.
