Pros

It's like a family that has been waiting for you with warm open arms. Open communication and straight forward expectations. Makes you want to learn more and be a part of the team. Nurtures a sense of self betterment.

Cons

Makes you wonder why you waited so long to get the nerve to join the team. I can't think of any cons.
