Awful pay no where near livable wages... The CEO takes on multiple new companies and enriches themselves and doesn't provide any direct appreciation / raises to the only team keeping these clients with our company..

Fairly easy job Option to work from home for most positions Flexible with taking time off Growing company so there is job security

Cons

Low pay Benefits could be better Management is undertrained and sometimes are bias with employees. Going through growing pains, understaffed for the volume of clients. Increased pay would probably attract more people to do this job.

Cons

Pay is not good enough for cost of living in the area, instead of paying us more they keep acquiring more smaller businesses.
