      Pros

      Company is great! They provide world class training, a steady support system, and the autonomy to be your own boss. Their commitment to doing the right thing at all times is unlike any other company I have worked for in the past. Love it here!

      Cons

      Sometimes change can be slow to happen when needed. I would love to see more of it, especially in areas like comp plans.
