Good management team, and they were flexible when I needed time off

You're basically poisoning the world. Also often didn't always get enough hours

Pros

Everyone we work with is great, especially the service professionals, and sales are straight forward. Up to 2 weeks of PTO up front which is accrued on a prorated schedule from your date of hire and after your first full year, that increases to 3 weeks.

Cons

Positions are posted as "hybrid" remote and on site, but the company is transitioning back to full time in office. The managers don't really know what they're doing and all metrics are based off of sister companies that aren't comparable to Modern. There are also few opportunities for advancement from an inside sales position, so anyone looking for a career is in a rough spot.
