      Good Pay Excellent Benefits Generous Stock Grants

      Cons

      Generally Toxic/Gas Lighting Culture Claim of Work/Life Balance is Just to Attract Candidates, you are expected to be at your desk 8.5 hours a day without wellness breaks. Everyone uses a mouse jiggler. You team members may be OK, but other functional areas will back stab and ladder climb at your expense. Management will never back you up. They would rather side with the external colleague to make themselves look better.

      The pay and benefits are top notch for the industry The science is amazing and they have a very long pipeline that is showing great results

      Cons

      Constant management re-orgs and turnover. Constant chaos all the time. Everything is run with knee jerk reactions and decisions, which makes schedules and managing people a nightmare. The hiring practices have been chaotic at best. There are constant waves of over hiring then trying to recorrect. It has been the most stressful years of my life. I would not do it over if I had the chance.

      Great science, poor leadership

      The science and product pipeline is very exciting, company has integrity when it comes to the scientific work, great benefits and good pay.

      Cons

      Chaotic company with lack of processes and operations, fear-based leadership, performance metric obsessed, without asking what we are actually measuring, CEO is a bottleneck in decision-making and out of touch with employees and market realities.
