      Pros

      Was for a few years an inspiring place to work and develop, and help develop new talent.

      Cons

      Current Research and Early Development Upper and Upper/middle management appears to have no conscience, dignity or self-awareness. They self validate for the vindictive decisions made.

      Smart people who are changing the world

      Cons

      As others have said, total chaos with barely any plans / roadmaps to support larger initiatives. No sense of prioritization when everything is urgent. Agreed with others that WLB is also tricky - folks working on their vacations, days off, etc with expectation to do so.

      Exciting pipeline, proud brand, but chaotic and not sustainable for one's life

      Pros

      Clinical Pipeline! The people used to be the best. Everyone in the same ship and heroic efforts to meet timelines and deliverables. Compensation (but only if you can work less than 50 hours which is very rare) Amazing benefits

      Cons

      Very chaotic and disorganized. Unrealistic expectations of when you are available and no regard for having a life outside of work. You will be expected to be available/reply on days off, weekends, company holidays. Systems, although better, have a long way to go.
