Has the potential to produce revolutionary, accessible therapeutics as demonstrated during the pandemic.

Cons

Poorly trained middle managers, out of touch senior leadership, toxic hierarchical environment where unhealthy competition amongst coworkers is encouraged. Not only does this cultivate a lack of collaboration or communication but is creatively isolating to the point where it’s impossible to create workflow at a reasonable speed.
