      Some cool projects to work on.

      Cons

      1. management aggressively cutting down cost. saving on small perks but wasting big money on project planning. 2. flat structure gives you no opportunity to grow. 3. Some of the CMC senior leaders are toxic. 4. Lack of recognition for high performers. 5. Promotes toxic competition between groups. 6. Fake democracy, They asked you fill out the Glint survey but never take action. Simply tell you to suck it up.
