Pros

Good Comp, decent benefits for a remote worker. Was classified as remote, though spent a good amount of time traveling to the Norwood site. Teamwork was good.

Cons

No such thing as work-life balance, there is only one speed which is we want it now. I can't say they were focused on individual development. Overall communication within the company is lacking.

benefits are good diversity hire is a thing some teams have nice people if you are good at workplace politics you will get promoted very quickly

Cons

no work life balance a lot of managers are underqualified (the referral system is wicked) people who actually work hard do not get recognized poor management across all departments
