      Cannot trust anyone. Gossip is widespread among leaders.

      Pros

      They offer lunch 2 times a week and bagels on Friday mornings. The offer pretty good health insurance. The pay is average. There are a lot of hard workers here who are trying hard.

      Cons

      Do not mention to anyone if you have an illness or disability. It is held against you. They do not accommodate disabilities, and if you ask, you are questioned. There isn't even handicap parking spaces for employees or guests. If you have an issue and bring it up to HR or your boss, they do not keep it secret. They also let all other executives and bosses know of your issues or problems or shortfalls, even when it is none of their business. It is held against you. You are treated differently. You are an outcast. Probably the reason you cannot trust most on the management level is because most came from another company together. They stick together and only help each other. Modernizing Medicine is the new Campus.

      Pros

      They have been nominated for and received a lot of rewards. They give free food 3 days a week. Free beverages daily.

      Cons

      Most employees are treated second rate. They have their favorite employees. The rest of the employees are ignored, not even a hello from leadership when they see you. Employees who ask for help or additional training are refused. Raises and bonuses are minimal, if you get them at all. There is no guarantee that the you will receive a raise. There is no opportunity for advancement at the company. Matter of fact, they move you lateral. And recently they have demoted hard working people. The product has frequent releases and is low quality. They are focused on new features to sell instead of listening to the clients who are asking for bug fixes.

      Pros

      The benefits at ModMed are top notch, upward mobility is there for anyone willing to work hard, and they have a competitive salary and bonus structure. The vast majority of people who work at ModMed believe deeply in what we are doing and help each other succeed daily. Executive leadership is transparent about the status of the company, where we are going, and very open to home grown ideas.

      Cons

      - As we are still in astronomical growth, things move very fast here and change is constant. For those who want to ride the people mover at Disney World the whole day, this is not a place they would thrive. - An exit off of I95 right to Spanish River Blvd. would be awesome.....wait that is being built already.
