The CEO & Co-founders care about employees & want to make a difference On the surface, great benefits Overall people are very helpful
Cons
Recently it's been all about more, more, more - more demanding, more results, more effort despite already being overwhelmed with current workload. They are losing GREAT people due to being expected to perform under unrealistic expectations. Little care into what a realistic workload is for one person or one department Refuse to say no to anyone - doesn't care what it costs, it will get done Management only wants to be surrounded by people who won't push back
