If you are experienced in recruiting do not apply!
Pros
401k matching, managers are flexible with time off and appointments, co workers are helpful and nice, lots of PTO offered.
Cons
Starting base pay is below average for recruiters in the industry and they do not take into effect where you live either. Micromanaged to all ends, you MUST hit 10 subs or you are on the line and they will talk with you about it. They are quantity over quality so you end up putting over some unqualified candidates to meet your numbers. Low pay out and terrible commission structure (one time payouts based on bill rate once they work 3 weeks), you're dealing with low level candidates like CSR agents who sometimes dont even work 3 weeks so you will not get paid out. It's a great way to get your foot into recruiting but get your 2 years of experience and go somewhere else that will offer you a livable wage.
