Got offer letter very soon

Cons

This was the consultancy who place my job in Ameritas, the project was for 6 months. So I was a little reluctant to join then they promised me to put me through another project as soon as I get release from the current project. But while I finished my first project after that no communication from Modi's end.

Pros

Salary position - no punching a clock. Management is really laid back. If you're doing your job and doing it well, you're left alone to work. Direct managers and upper management are open to discussing career goals and are generally very flexible with their time.

Cons

Lower end of the pay scale. The culture here is good but this is a lot of young adult's first jobs, so there is a level of entitlement.
