      Pros

      When I started there was a good training program but that quickly went down hill. There were some great people on my team and in the office. It is a good job to get to know the recruiting world.

      Cons

      Horrible commission structure. The upper level management seems to have no idea about their employees and what they actually want/need. I thought this would be a good segway since I like helping people but it really felt more like stringing people along since most of our clients never responded to our candidates resumes, but we were always at the mercy of our clients even when they did horrible things. Most of the time it felt very icky to work there.

      Pros

      New leader with proven track record for success has re-invigorated branch. There is a true work hard/play hard culture at work. The arrow is pointing up in terms of office growth and individual development/success; one of best commission plans in industry

      Cons

      As with any rebuild, hitting targeted bonuses will take more time as new sales leads and re-building the talent pipeline become the main focus
