They have good connections with big tech companies and the main company adecco is very big

Cons

The engagement people are not proactive enough and there are no development opportunities provided

Pros

Small team environment, feels like a family, very supportive and collaborative teams. A lot of cool companies to recruit for, a very wide variety of technical positions to work on. Quarterly culture reviews to ensure everyone is happy, or at least check-in to see where improvements can be made.

Cons

Constant change in upper management, leadership, chief executives, etc. Tech company that spends more money promoting the business, sponsoring F-1 mercedes team, but they dont give their senior employees incentives to stay. Add more responsibility to job responsibilities when asked for growth opportunities without compensating for it.
