Pros
The people and work environment are collaborative, inspiring, and helpful. I'm lucky to have a great Manager who is a great leader but I know there are some who may now have the same support. Work Life Balance is better now that we have moved to WFH - it did take quite some time to align with our competitors at the beginning of the pandemic. There is movement towards professional development across the board & the DE&I initiatives have been progressive and well received.
Cons
Would love to see more career development for Operations. In the past, this is a role that is great for the Associate level but there are individuals who would like to feel invested in and encouraged in their career growth especially internally. Corporate opportunities are scarce. SLT can be overbearing in their message that trickles down to the field.
