Pros

Incredible Branch, Regional, and Executive Management team, higher than industry wages, fantastic AZ location, and a great AZ and Regional Team environment. Part of the largest staffing company in the world -- but feels like one big "family". Can-do attitudes, senior management support, and adherence to ethical and professional recruitment and placements. It's a GREAT company. A FANTASTIC West Region. An AMAZING Phoenix office!!!!

Cons

None that aren't inherent in the overall staffing marketplace. Modis faces the same challenges that every IT Staffing organization faces. Staffing is not easy...and long-term success requires dedication, hard work, and high moral/ethical standards. Pro and Con: Modis appreciates and rewards employees that adhere to it's policies of "customer first"...and "building exceptional connections". Modis also mandates effort, accountability, and professionalism across its entire business. But, for those not willing to live up to Modis' standards, Modis can be a cold and lonely place. Modis does not tolerate the fool. At least not for long.

Pros

The job itself was fun. I love what I do in recruiting. Finding great potential employees and matching them to our client specs has a lot of job satisfaction.

Cons

Misogyny. A culture that looks down on women. Belittle-ling in the work place is an everyday occurrence at the Modis office. Modis is also owned by Adecco. Not only do Modis recruiters compete vs. their own Modis co-worker that has created a cut-throat hostile environment, but Modis also competes for business vs. its owner, Adecco. Very little team and all about the numbers. If you try to stand up to someone internally that recruits your candidate, you end up having to split it. The benefits... medical benefits are a joke and far less than what can be obtained with any other company. Modis does not allow for a work life balance. Force you to work nights and weekends.
