      Purging Older Workers

      Pros

      - really enjoyed the branch I worked in; nice people, great camaraderie - pay was good - PTO plan good

      Cons

      - very poor communications - decisions based on favorites vs. objective assessments - new hires selected on "looks and age" - caustic commentary about individuals is hurtful and damaging to morale - very dominated by men at the top and middle; very few women in management - company is purging older workers; replacing them with cheap 20-somethings who know nothing about the business and are promised huge dividends, then quit when they are not forthcoming

      Fun environment, fun team, shady upper management

      Pros

      The team is really fun, Employees grow together, team building is a priority, and the morale in the office is usually high.

      Cons

      Shady upper management, changes occur often, Commission paid late if at all, new comp plans are ridiculous based on what Modis makes off their employees.

      - Unreliable technology & frequent network outages. - Ambiguous compensation plan. - Management constantly changing process. - Antiquated & clumsy applicant tracking system. - Aloof senior management and executive leadership. - No career path for senior recruiters or salespeople. - Sterile & boring office cubical environment.
