Do your job and go home, you don't take it with you.

Cons

Top heavy in management and managers do very little work for what they're paid. Employees have no benefits (no holiday pay, no sick days, no vacation days). Health benefits are garbage and way too expensive. You don't earn a full year's salary after you deduct holidays, holiday shutdown, and furloughs from your pay. Stay away! You deserve better.

Pros

There are a lot of open jobs to fill so the work is there - if you put in the time and work hard it pays off. The office is nice and they do a lot of activities to make it fun.

Cons

Base pay is really low for the amount of work that is required outside of just recruiting and locking down a candidate. The base pay is equivalent to most sales jobs that do not require that extra back office paper work.
