Pros
Commission structure was fair and easy to understand. Was given a good opportunity to grow new accounts. Initial training was good.
Cons
Management, old and new, was trying to turn Modis into TEK Systems. Having worked at TEK for many years, I knew that was not going to be for me. Managing Director was clueless, and a negative influence on all.
