This was a very good company about 10 years ago when there were many talented, hard working and loyal Managers, BDMs, and RDMs. However, the truth is all the talent left due to various reasons (too many to name to be honest) and the company has struggled ever since. The company is just too big for it's own good and they can't compete with the rest of the industry. I could list many terrible things but that would be pouring salt on an open wound.

Benefits are not that good and compensation is at the lower end compared to the market

The pay is terrible compared to other staffing companies in Denver (like it's almost humorous). Inexperienced managers who let a tiny bit of power go straight to their head. They talk a lot about culture (esp. in the interview), but the culture is nothing to brag about. If you have to constantly remind everyone how "awesome" the culture is... you probably don't have an "awesome culture."

Very low base salary, direct supervisor had no clue what he was doing, upper management was not helpful, no career opportunities

Corporate America, no discipline for senior account managers who do no work but ride out on old accounts and have their reports enter information into a VMS while they take naps at their desks.

Local manager lacked leadership experience. In time he should grow into a capable leader, this will only happed if he has proper guidance.

Terrible pay. Managers lack the vision to develop sound business strategies and effectively manage the Raleigh branch. There is clear lack of communication among managers at all the different levels. No room for career growth. Too much focus on making phone calls rather than focusing on outcomes.
