I've never been more proud to work with a company than I have with Modis. The reputation of the company is stellar. There are frequent interactions with placed candidates and hiring managers alike, all of which are genuine. These folks really care about each other and those they work with. The President, Jack Cullen, is another huge selling point for me - he is genuinely devoted to diversity and equality in the organization.

Modis was a laid back environment which you work with a team of great people. Flexible schedule and managers accommodate for time off and had a great work/life balance. Good benefits and 401k plan, tons of incentives if you are doing your job well. Management gives all the tools necessary to get what you need done. Great support from the manager I worked under on the HP Team and the Sr. VP was in the office and interacted and helped whenever you needed the muscle.

Modis is a big brand that still presents a tremendous amount of opportunity for its employees. The Mid- Atlantic region for Modis (MD,DC, VA, PA) is being led by one of the strongest leadership teams in the business. The offices are a good blend of senior recruiters and business development managers combined with a fresh new group of hungry and driven employees who are setting the tone for the future of the region and the company. Opportunity is plentiful and the training program is the best in the business.

Flexibility to offer clients solutions to problems that are not in a box. But to do this you need to be creative, experienced, and understand how to sell it to upper management.

Commission structure is decent. Good recruiters will make great money.
