      Remote, Flexible, and Winning Culture. Non-micromanagement more empowerment. The operations team are integrated and new clients have provided very postitve reviews compared to other data management providers

      Pros

      Finding a work-match can be a challenge but after some research, conversations with Management and the CEO this was an easy decision to join Modus. The welcoming environment and family like team, where we communicate at every phase with each other and our clients makes work life more than satisfying. There is great potential for growth at all levels within Modus, so you can really make the most of what you want. The management and our CEO are very supportive of a fair work/life balance and truly care about their employees. I’m extremely happy to be part of the Modus team.

      Cons

      Onboarding was tough but given we are in a pandemic I don't expect this to be an issue in the future.
