Pros

Modus is a wonderful place to work. Everyone really pitches in to help each other and the clients. Working remotely it's easy to feel alone, but Modus has done a great job of making people feel included and important in their roles. Everyone has value and is given the opportunity to succeed and dive into new roles and opportunities.

Modus is a different company that it was even 5 years ago. The management team has really taken steps to improve the company and the quality of life of its employees. The team is comprised of talented and driven individuals that collaborate in a fun way. I really like it here.

Cons

We are all wearing a lot of hats, and a few additional people would really be a benefit.
