Benefits are good and overall most employees enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Leadership is horrible and there are too many levels in order to get any approvals. There is no "real" open door policy - leadership is superficial and it's about who you know if you want to advance in this company.

Pros

Being a part of finding a cure for Cancer. Helping patients feel comfortable when going through treatment. Working in a hospital with advanced technology.

Cons

There is nepotism all throughout the company and its employees. If a relative of anyone in upper management doesn’t like a coworker they will find a way to get them out.

Pros

Good culture, diversity, team building, Higher pay compared to same position in other hospitals.

Cons

Poor management (too much micro management), bad communication between departments, repetitive errors made by peers, alot of nepotism, If you are an important asset to the department management will block you from transferring to other departments with what ever means necessary (even writing you up for some petty issues will set you back 6 months in the same department).
