      Very supportive supervisor and team members that care.

      Large company so its a bit hard to navigate who is good to go to for advice/ help on projects.

      Flexibility and remote work makes the job appealing. Also a lot to learn.

      Management may be too involved especially with middle management owning projects.

      Lots of recent management change but good

      Pros

      There has been a lot of upper management changes in the past couple years, but the current management is committed to change and has a strong desire to rebuild the connection with employees. The work life balance is very good, pto is average, parental leave is good, pay is pretty good, 401k match is 7%. WFH is not regular but allowed as needed. Excellent career advancement opportunities if you are motivated.

      Cons

      Some departments have “silos”. And are not as willing to work with others. This is in the process of being overcome by new management though. The IT of Koch kind of sucks. Takes 3 weeks just to onboard and get the software you need to preform your job.
